8/8 JA Henkel Friodur
Had a fantastic shave with this blade.The only other large German blade I own that can surpass it performance is my 7/8 Tiger with Thumb notch.Truly a pleasure to use.Love the Double Jimps .

Had a fine shave with this 6/8 Bismark 2 .I finished her edge on my Yellow Lake Oil Stone .Love how this razor handles .

Love this little razor. It’s the epitome of utilitarian. I got it as is. It has a bit of hone wear. And some greying/patina. That I left on because it just looks appropriate.

I love my no-frills, hard working, daily workingman’s shavers. They may not win any beauty contests, but they always shave, and they shave well. They’re forgiving of a crappy lather by me, and don’t care that I gave it a fast, distracted stropping...
They’re like a cheap, cold American Lager on a hot summer day.shawn
