Plenty of Tanifuji razors don't have his mark. I actually pulled the following list from mainaman's response to your Tanifuji question thread you started recently:

I did see Ba'ba mentioned but I've seen Ba'ba with his stamp, so I assumed it wasn't made by him. Maybe it's a good thing. I got this razor at a good price, or at least cheaper than stamped Tanifuji razors. I've been cleaning it up today. A little elbow grease and it should be a nice razor.
