I've wondered how many horns Aust goes through to get the black and white.

There's nothing else but Wellington and made in USA on the tang. It looks very similar to a Red Imp 133. I'm 99.9% sure it was made in the USA by Case.
I've never been able to find more info but I've seen several Wellington stamped razors in different models.

    ---Sunday---
    Razor--Fox Cutlery 6/8.
    Strops--SRD Premium 1 and Illinois 6454.
    Soap--Tabac.
    Brush--Outback Magna Badger.
Aftershave--Alum block, Dickinson's witch hazel, and a generous splash of Stetson.
    Cologne--Stetson.
    Pomade--Goon Grease.
    Mustache wax--Pinaud Clubman brown.
Result--4 pass bbs SUPER Shave. I always wanted a Fox razor and today's razor is a recent find from one of the divorcees in my harem. (A Fox from a Fox. heh heh) A little Mother's polish and a quick dance across the stones gave me a deluxe shave. You gents have a great day and week. As always---> "Look sharp and smell nice for the ladies.
