This was a Cadillac shave. I recently picked up this Friodur from alex1921 from the BST. I didn’t need another Friodur but this was a nice, hefty 7/8. Yesterday I cut new bevel and polished it up. It’s cruising comfort now and a nice entry back into the SOTD threads since I’ve been away for a while.

Prep: hot shower with Mysore sandalwood soap
    Brush: Simpson’s Polo 10
    Soap: B&M Roam
    Razor: Friodur 72
    A/S: DRH Marlborough, Ems balm

What a curse be a dull razor; what a prideful comfort a sharp one
