Yes, indeed, Max rescaled this in Blue Paua. I was initially going to go for a more understated, plain look, in keeping with the age of the razor.

But then I realized how much I liked the Paua, and Maestro Sprecher made these beautiful scales. I'm so pleased with the way it turned out.

Yeah, sometimes I get on his website and just drool-the man is an artist. I love his aesthetic sense more than any current maker.
