Received this NOS Kenwa kamisori folder from a maker I'd never heard of before as a gift along with the purchase of a few razors from an eBay seller in Japan who was going on a European sabbatical for 2 months. Turns out the Kenwa folder has performed better than the Hoshi Tonbo 6500 I needed at the time. Sure, that resulted from me not quite honing the 6500's slightly smiling edge evenly enough, but this Kenwa came off the hones (SG20k) the very first time with an incredibly smooth, sharp edge. A pleasant Japanese discovery and a brand to keep your eyes out for if you're into kamisori folders.--Mark
