Wow! This month was indeed difficult! I vote for all of the entries. Every entry for the month of May was Outstanding!
However, I will cast my vote for Monday May 4th submitted by Markbignosekelly! Did you see that straight razor? Like Jackie Gleason used to say, "How sweet it is!" And the rest of the gear is outstanding too. Love the Chubby!Semper Fi !

May 27th has my vote. Just really like the color combination. Tough choices as usual.

Monochromatic setups often seem to be studies in harsh contrasts, but here the soft grays of the shaving-cream can and kamisori "play nicely" with the mottled, darker shades of the lather bowl. Equally appealing are the etched(?) lines on the blade, positioned neatly perpendicular to those of the brush handle. And the brush! A welcome source of complementary color. I also liked the table top: the horizontal grain gives an "horizon", and the brown is restrained and provides an unobtrusive and neutral background to the other components. You can have everything, and still not have enough.
I'd give it all up, for just a little more.
