Oh wow! Thanks for the honor, Gents! Have had this razor for some time. Back in the Neil Miller days, tons of fun were had with the ivory Hawcroft container! Wish I had spelled it right!
Anyhoo, the Moss and Gamble's Steel seems to be the stuff, even today.
Stropping has kept it going for a long time. Scales are stamped, lighter than one would think.
Balance is good with the heavy blade. Silver on brass on steel makes for a tight pivot.
Sharp and comfortable.
A pleasure to own/shave and a pleasure to share.
