Great shave this early morning.
Just remembered yesterday, after work, that I’m off for 1 month for PFL. (Paid Family Leave).
Had to take PFL before my newborn hits her 1 year mark, which is next month.
And my leave started today, Thursday.
Yesssssssss!
So today’s shave was exceptionally nice. ��
Started with a nice, smooth, scent. And ended with an exceptional balm and a soap-matching aftershave splash.
Baby-butt smooth head and face shave to start my vacation of doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!
Straight: Koraat 14-2.0 (custom shortened)
DE: Carbon Shaving CX-316L (head shave)
Lather: A&E “Asian Pear”
Balm: Wholly Kaw “Bare Naked” (Unscented)

I bought a Dixie Master Barber from @Bouschie a few weeks ago and finally got around to using it. The green scales got me. And I have to say that Bouschie knows how to hone. The razor was honed to perfection. A green theme shave today in tribute to those scales. I don't have a green handle horsehair brush, so the ivory Vie Long will have to do;
Razor: Dixie Master Barber
Cream: Palmolive Classic
Brush: Vie Long Horsehair
Aftershave: Proraso
