Great shave this Wednesday morning.
It was a 5/8" WH Morley.
But I gotta admit, as time goes by, I’m drawn more towards the shaves (and stropping) of the wider blades. Specifically the 6/8” to 8/8”.
I just enjoy the heft, the ease of stropping, and the ability to let my guard down a bit more.
I liken it to viewing your sights from a pistol versus a rifle or shotgun.
Everything is just so much easier with a wider blade.
In keeping with the autumn/winter scents, I went with “Leviathan” today.
Great face and head shave!
The soap is incredibly slick, and the balm is outstanding. No splash is needed for scent, as the balm is sufficient.
Now to the park with my little one.
