Thanked: 8Tonka Bean Barbershop shaving soap, Tonka beans shown. I added two drops of eShave oil to the lather, making it creamier.
Koraat razor. The steel is quite hard, so I used a synthetic Gokumyo (hard aluminum oxide abrasive) for honing the edge, followed by stropping. The edge is very durable with stropping only.
I have a Max Sprecher razor coming soon. The steel is a bit softer, 55-59 HRC and I think I may prefer it, sharpening it on a hard Arkansas (white, black, translucent).
