I soaked the puck in steaming hot water with the brush in the corporate mug for 20 plus minutes, then added two drops of glycerin on the puck after draining the water.
Heavy load of the brush produced a good lather. The lather, as expected dissipated quickly and reapplications were the mainstay of the shave but it really produced a completely smooth BBS shave.
