So I stayed up late last night finishing my newest refurbish project.

A cracee-nice “Hibbard Spencer Bartlett Co” straight razor.

Wow!

Heck, I can say it backwards, “Wow”!

I used horn scales (which I needed to cut and shorten for this project), and decided on silver washers and brass pins.

It is a sickeningly sharp straight razor, and crazy smooth once honed.

I paired it with the Captains “Nor’Easter” shaving goodies.

One of my best shaves yet!

This one is a 6/8” razor, with a very attractive shape and grind. Im definitely going to keep it.

It is actually the first straight I have ever owned with no shoulder.

Anyhoo...gotta go upstairs and help the wifey. We unexpectedly had two of our neighborhood gals (6 & 9 year olds) drop by, wanting to do some craft stuff with the wifey.

It’s already a good day.
