    Super head and face shave…again.

I swear, this soap (slickness/scent) is moving up on my favorites list.

It’s probably in my top two scents, if not my very favorite.

Don’t know why, but I’m gravitating towards this scent more and more. It’s almost like my mind has started to be gratified by this scent more and more.

I still enjoy other scents, but this one is mentally super satisfying.

I find that the last pass works best when it is a little “wetter,” as it glides past the tiniest stubble easier with a slight glistening of moisture.

    What a great soap.

    And my custom Koraat?

It is crazy sharp, and I’m glad to say that it is the best size…for me.

No one uses the entire 3” inch cutting edge on each swipe, right? (With every straight razor, you either place more pressure on the toe or the heel on each pass. So having it at 2.5” inches, I can place equal pressure across the entire cutting edge, and it maneuvers exceptionally well across my chiseled face).

The Koraat is also hard steel, so it holds a crazy sharp edge, and stays sharp for a long time.

    Dang…just a great shave again.

Spent the day with only me and my daughter today, as wifey had to (unexpectedly) work.

    Crushing Saturday!

    Straight: Koraat 14-2.0 (custom shortened)
DE: Carbon Shaving CX-316L (head shave)
Lather: B&M “The Full Measure of Man”
Balm: B&M “The Full Measure of Man”
    Brush: Wolf Whiskers (Shavemac Silvertip)
    Bowl: Captains Choice (large)
