Well, today was a different day.

I woke-up, dressed and fed the liddle one, then dropped her off at daycare.

Then it was some scalping of the stock market for a few extra shekels.

I’ve been successful the whole week, so after I made a few hundred on the positive side, I stopped early to reduce my risk, and counted it a blessing with what I gained for the day.

As always, it was then a crazy weightlifting workout, and then it morphed into a leg and knee day on the banana bag. (It’s a Muay Thai thing).

Dripping sweat, and a jackhammer heart rate.

Tomorrow it’ll be a hangboard and climbing day. Gotta work on those arm and finger ligaments as well.

Finished the workout and took a nice hot shower before hitting the shaving sink.

Wifey was off again today, so I decided to sport one of her favorite scents. (Massacre of the Innocents).

Love the soap. Possibly the slickest I’ve ever tried

By now it’s almost noon, so I decided to relax for the day and tryout the new pint glass the wifey purchased me for Fathers Day.

Paired it all with a nice dark bier I recently purchased, and it was all good to go.

    Crushing life!
