Thanked: 7Ahhhhhhh!
Woke-up super early and had a bone-crushing workout.
I skipped the arms (so no punching or elbows), as I damaged a ligament on my right shoulder a few days ago. Still letting it rest.
But the kicks and knees were slamming. Shins are tough as stone. Jackhammer heart rate.
Slammed down a protein drink with toast, then it was into the shower, and then a quick head and face shave.
I decided on a glorious peach scent. (My favorite summer scent).
Does it smell like pure peach?
Ummm…yes and no.
Peach for sure. But it also has this smooth underlying scent underneath the peach. Not crispy, but smooth and elegant.
I absolutely love it!
Peaches also happen to be my favorite fruit, and my backyard peach tree is SCREAMING!! (See photos).
It is a hybrid, dwarf, peach and plum tree. The plums are already gone. All eaten. (Crazy sweet)! And there are two types of peaches growing - Babcock and Sweet Asian. Some are ready, the others within a week.
Shave was stupendous. Such an exquisite scent. Deliciously smooth face and head.
Then I got my daughter up, dressed her for the “4th of July Day” at her daycare, and we ate a delicious peach and oatmeal breakfast. (Peaches from our tree).
While feeding her, I was sipping on some herbal peach tea. (Oh yeah)!
What a way to start this long Friday weekend.
Don’t forget the stock market is closed Monday.
