HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL MY SHAVE BROTHERS AND SISTERS - 12/31/21
RAZOR: Rigarazor 7/8 (Mug), Le Coq Cagehead (Dome)
BLADE: Feather DE (Dome)
PREP: Cold water rinse followed by a heavy scrub with Argan Oil
BRUSH: Alpha Shaving T-400 with 24mm Hybrid Knot Ferrule (Mug) and MrEE Monster Tuxedo Synth (Dome)
SOAP: Mitchell’s Wool Fat
POSTSHAVE: Cold water wash with brush squeezings followed by a rinse with Humphreys Lilac WH. Finished with Lilac Vegetal Splash.-Jeff
De Gustibus Non Disputandum (My version of YMMV )

Gotta give it a proper test, whats better than a weeks worth of growth.Mike

Thanked: 599Thank you! I bought them during April of 2007, but separately. The brush came first, from a member on B&B; not long after, I saw the mug (tarnished as could be) on eBay, and snapped-it-up — it was the "girdles" of silver balls on both of them that cried out "Matched pair! Buy me!" Of course, I listened to the voices. The brush was bristled in dyed boar... and raggedy. I sent it off to Bernd @Shavemac, who replaced them with nice badger hair. It's an excellent brush for shaving creams — especially the soft ones.
