SOTD 01/16/2022 That's my Sunday shave this morning - unfortunately, again before work. Therefore, today I needed even more encouragement in the morning to start the day well. No matter, the task has been perfectly accomplished

Before: Shower and PAA Cube Mentholated
Shaving Soap: Lodrino "God Shave The Queen" (If you don't know that soap, just to explain its scent a bit: citrus top notes of bergamot, orange and lemon with a touch of clary sage, resting on delicate green tea and a light floral background of jasmine, rose and soft ambers).
Brush: Simpson Commodore X2, Best Badger knot 21mm
Straight razor: J.A. Henckels Solingen Zwillingswerk Friodur 72; blade 13/16 of inch, 1/2 ground, made of stainless, cold tempered steel
After: Cold water and Hattrick Clasic After Shave splash

    Wow…I’m totally amazed!

I ordered a few A&E samples, and had ordered this one just out of curiosity.

In the end, the one I thought I’d really like, I didn’t. And this one was (surprisingly) my favorite.

Not only my favorite from the bunch, but now one of my absolute favorites overall.

It has a cannabis leaf scent, but not a skunk weed, nor a stoner illegal smell.

It is a cannabis scent, but beautifully mixed with other scents. It gives a super clean and elegant scent.

My wifey loves it, and said it is now her favorite scent.

And I absolutely love it as well. So much so, that I just ordered their splash.

Mind you, I am a born-again Christian, and would not sport a straight-up stoner scent.

I paired it with my Ralf Aust for a crazy smooth and refreshing head and face shave.

    I highly recommend it.

    Try it.

    Straight: Ralf Aust
DE: Carbon Shaving Cx-316L (head shave)
    Lather: A&E “Cannibliss Santal”
    Balm: Soap Commander “Integrity” (unscented)
    Splash: A&E “Cannabliss Santal”
    Brush: Omega (synthetic)
    Bowl: Soap Commander (large)

You can have everything, and still not have enough.
I'd give it all up, for just a little more.
