Now that's a nice razor Tom. Joseph (edge dynamics) has featured a few John Heiffor razors on his Utube channel and they have all taken wonderful edges. Good stuff

Thanks! Yea, good steel, Mick. Most Heiffors I have had are pretty plain like in old Army razors.

Got a few a LONG while back. Ivory and been together always. Boxes like new. 'Snap' when you close them. Were a bit rusty, sadly. Some pitting and such. Rare.
This is one. You will be certain to like the other.
Perhaps up next week..

This last Saturday. (Hospital shave)
Sorry for the absence gents.
Two Sundays ago a mean thorn from a bush drilled itself into a tendon in my thumb. Got infected. Spread fast. And by Tuesday I was in the hospital on an IV with antibiotics…They released me on Saturday. Now I’m home with pills and still limited motoric and sensory capabilities in two fingers. No straights for the moment.
