Thanks, Gents. I feel fortunate to own it and it's brother. I recall that the seller would not accept paypal.
Sent the guy a check... I really think they were sales samples or similar. Have not seen any like it before or since.

I believe that I remember seeing that in Texas.
The picture doesn't do it justice.
