Default Sunday, September 23 through Saturday, September 29

Razor: New Wapi All Steel NOS French Tip
    Soap: MamaBear's Marauder's Spice
    Brush: Vulfix Super Badger
Tonic: C.O. Bigelow Oil Control (Witch Hazel, Grapefruit and Lemon Extracts)
    Scuttle: Moss
    Stropping: 20 round trips

Usual sequence: Shower, lather, hot towel, re-lather, WTG, ATG, XTG, hot towel, tonic.

Very nice shave, no burn. razor takes some adjustment in balance, with the scales being steel, but excellent shave! Very forgiving on the curves, nice job on the upper lip, heel was great fer getting into the edges of my goatee.

TI has singing blades, Wapi has "growling" blades...the metal scales acted as speakers and I cold hear the whiskers being cut...wild! The razor itself is very scary looking - all steel, no stamps, no design. Simplicity. Cut be prop in "Saw" or in "2001". A breeze to clean afterwards - no scales to worry about.

BBS afterwards...another great shave thanks to a fine blade from Heavyduty!

    Shave
    Razor:
Feather Artist Club DX Japanese Style Non-Folding Razor ACD-N (1st Pass)
Razor: Merkur 500 Progress Adjustable Double Edged Safety Razor Chrome (2nd/3rd Pass)
Razor Blades: Derby Double Edged Razor Blades
    Razor Blades:
Feather Pro Guard Blades for Feather ACD-N
    Brush:
Concord Shear Cobalt Long Handle Bulb Badger Shave Brush
    Bowl:
Mitsuwa 6" Beige shallow hand thrown Japanese bowl with side rest
    Shave Cream/Soap:
Musgo Real Crème Para Barbear Shave Cream
    Technique: WTG/45XTG/45XTG Cleanup Post Shave
    Aftershave:
    Thayer's Witch Hazel Aftershave
Aftershave: Musgo Real Classic Scent Aftershave
    Cologne:
Musgo Real Agua di Colonia #2 - Oak Moss

Result: 4.6/5.0 The Feather ACD-N knocked them down and the Progress finished them off. Almost zero redness and real smoothness all over the place. All healed up from last week's disaster. Going to use the ACD-N with DE combination more often. More practice in preparation for using the STR8s more.
