OK, my first post in SOTD and my first straight razor shave...

Was it a perfect shave? Absolutely not (there is some epic razor burn) but it was close enough and I have not a single doubt that I will become more adept as time goes on and my face adapts from the DE to the straight.

This was the culmination of a lot of effort on my part and a lot of generosity, guidance and support by you guys. It was hugely satisfying and this is your victory as much as it is mine... Thanks!

I realized that lately I have hardly been using my Dubl Ducks since I made the display case they pretty much just sit there looking pretty.... So from today on very Saturday is now Dubl Duck Day or DDD would you believe D3 oh hell that was bad LOL..... Today was my very first shave with a full wedge,
