Wonderful Shave

* My 1st shave with the DD Dwarf. I now own three ducks. The others are a 5/8 Goldedge(just got) & a 4/8 "Special Wedge". Now I see what the big deal is with the Ducks: Very easy to hone, and they are super shavers. What more could you want?

Fresh Lime Uberlather:
Castle Forbes Lime shave crème
Classic Lime shave soap
Pure Glycerin (5drops)

Let this sit in the bowl in hot water until after a nice long hot shower
Hot water rinse
Lather up
Razor: Dovo 5/8 #105 Micarta SS Roundpoint
Strop Illinois #827 Russian
20 laps linen
40 laps leather
Steaming hot towel over the lather
Re-lather
WTG pass
Hot water rinse
Re-lather
20 laps leather
XTG on the cheeks
ATG on the neck
Touch up on beard lines
Hot water rinse
Alum Block pass

Coffee Time!!!! B&B blend Write in the SOTD, Relax
Cold water rinse
Aftershave: Pussers Fresh Lime

Off-brand aerosol gel
Wostenholm with the grain in some places and across the grain in the others
Gillette Mach II garbage blade with the little white lubrication strip against the grain on my neck
Hand-pat aftershave

I may have missed out on the full experience, but I got a close shave and made it to work on time
