I had a wonderful shave today!
Used a solingen 5/8 spike
Classic brand Sandalwood soap
Best badger brush

And not the least Bay rum A/S

The lather was really good and rich, liked this soap a lot. I got BBS all over my face, just not the right side of my chin, where I have a couple of small scabs from weepers and managed to cut myself trying no circumnavigate them.
The bay rum was amazing! Instead of the usual sharp burn from the A/S it had more of a hot, slightly burning feeling that lasted for about a minute.
