    Default sunday afternoon shave!

Being a newbie I have been frustrated with poor to ok results. So while surfing this site
I found many errors to my prep and shave. I decided to take the new info I gathered and
Try to put it to use. I found by just changing a few things while honeing and stroping, and
Actually preping my strop correctly that I now have a much closer to shave ready razor!
So after all that I had to try a shave!
I had a good two day beard which would be tourture with my old dull blade but not this
Time! I was actually able to get a great shave and was able to do three passes which I would
Never be able to do without a beat red face and monster razor burn! I now have new hope and
Intrest in shaving again! I restroped my razor after with my newly found technique and found
The razor to feel even sharper! I almost can't wait to shave again..will keep you posted!
And thanks to everyone on here!
Ps- big bubba that is a fantastic pic!

    Arrow dwessell is da bomb

    I hurried this morning.
Did not strop my American depression-era razor.

Slapped some bath soap on my face for lather while I was showering (as shown below - imagine the faucet is a showerhead and hairier hands.)

    A fine one-pass shave.
    No rinse.

This is my first SOTD photograph montage. Thank you!
