I still don't have a theme to offer. I do however have a new razor to show off, thanks to Philadelph (Alex). The shave is phenomenal.

Strop: Warhorse 50 laps and Wonder hone shell 50 laps
Prep: Face wash - soap and hot water
Brush: Shavemac Silver tip
SC: C. O. Bigelow
AS: Royall Bay Rhum
Wow... what a shave! If the other six shave like this one I can get rid of all of the other straights I have!

So like everyday, I have razors to test after honing right........NOT TODAY!!!!!
Today, I did the full hot towel treatment and shaved with one of my favorite Mastro Livi Razors. MOP handle and inserts into the blade and spine; Gorgeous eh
Brush was a Shavemac 28mm knot with hot suds in my scuttle. Soap was the lather king, Castle Forbes in a nice lavender. After the shave a nice cold towel followed by some Truefitt & Hill Trafalgar Balm and Trafalgar Cologne.
Poifect way to start the day!!
