    Good Tuesday morning...

    A. Feist Lunawerk 5/8 and '51 Superspeed w/Gillette "Swede" (1)
    C&E BBB
    Tabac ss
    Thayers Original WH w/aloe
    Booster Lilac AS
    Three Crowns AS milk

After a day off to heal, I was reminded how much I like the Tabac soap...had a decent WTG pass with the straight and moved on to the DE to complete the shave...aside from a couple of weepers, I am left with a BBS...

Would have been a great shave, but halfway through the shave the razor got caught on my chain, and did some damage to the edge....I stropped it up, and forged ahead......

    Tuesday 4/14

    • Penchetta Penworks Redwood Burl Silvertip
    • Irisch Moos Shave Stick
    • 6/8 Wostenholm Double Concave Celebrated IXL
    • Thayer's A/F Original
    • L'Occitaine Cade splash

Result: This straight shaving is really starting to come together for me. I still have some difficult spots dealing with pressure and grip (how am I supposed to get the blade there?). Still a little burn, but not bad, and not all over, and that could actually be the A/S - it's the first time I've used that one. Today was the best shave I've had with a straight, by far.

    Thumbs up

    Ahhhhh

    Red Imp 132
    La Toja shave cream
    Tony's famous Tri-Strop
    444 aluminum block
    Ahava aftershave cream

Man this Red Imp is such a sweet shaver. 5/8 that just cuts right through the beard with ease.
