I don't think Sears made them. They were made in Solingen either by ERN or by Koeller.
Don't know about the warranty.
Here is a recent thread.

Test shaving my newest "keeper," a 13/16 humpback Wostenholm Pipe.
I wanted the name to pay tribute to Karl Erik, my favorite pipe maker, but the name had to be a woman's name (for obvious reasons). I decided to pick a fitting name that started with "Ke." I settled on Keelin, a Celtic name meaning "slender" and "fair," since the blade is nearly full hollow (though I suspect it was a regrind).

First SOTD
My first straight shave ever and it was awesome.
In honor of the nicks I received during the process today, I shall call my razor Brutus, so the next time it cuts me I can remark "Et tu, Brute?"
