    Default Shave Of The Week

    So it's been a bit of a crazy week only touching up the sides and neck with a new razor each day and the usual cast of character. Then Thursday, I had my opening night so I shaved with the Wade & Butcher which is now wicked sharp. Official nick, my second from this razor now, better watch the pressure. But then today I honed up a razor I've never shaved with before.

    Thiers-Issard Straight Razor Place Special Edition No 39
    3, 3 minute hot towels, 3 passes and a strop after I finished!

    I'm learning an old Gillette adjustable this week and next, so I don't feel right posting about shaving with a DE. Even though I guess that's what I'm doing now!

    Hi guys....haven't been posting much lately (medical issues), but certainly have been honing and shaving!

    Today: Nice new edge on a PUMA 88 Special

    Shower, Hot towels, and pre-shave with Luminescence Hair Conditioner!

    Classic Shaving Lime Cake Soap

    Best Badger Brush From Em's Place

    Took 15 minutes max, and was nick-free! The used ebay Puma, once the edge was restored is now in the daily rotation!
