    Default Sunday Morning

    Prep: Hot Shower

Brush: Rooney Style 2 "Super" Silvertip (still getting used to the "super," I've been using a pure badger for a long time, and this one behaves a little different...)

Lather: VDH + CO Bigelow + Glycerine

Strop: SRD Modular Paddle (Love this thing!!)

Test Razors: Clauss (ivory lookin' scales) + Full Hollow Germany? (black scales) (got some new hones this week and trying them, and me, out. Clauss didn't cut hair, Full Hollow Germany produced an excellent shave.)

    AS: Old Spice

    ASB: Nivea

Result: Almost BBS, but not quite...

Hey, alabamalawyer, I see you live in T-town. It was at an antique store there where I found the German razor I used today. Maybe sometime when I'm back up that way, I'll look you up. Nice to see Bammers on here.

Sure, drop me a PM. If I were betting, you probably found it at the Anique Mall off Skyland Blvd. It is one of the few that might have a decent razor every now and then. I was there yesterday checking on what they had. No luck though.

Razor: Wade & Butcher The Celebrated (La Petite Blanche Unicot finish)
    AS: Proraso
Facelathered with enough soap for a 6 pass shave (was interested in how much soap was generated, but didn't actually do 6 full passes)
