I wasn't trying to make a point... Just thought it was curious... The brushes are hand turned, and then knotted from TGN... so it's not like it's mass produced and fool proof... I'd chalk it up to a unique one and, if you aren't unsatisfied, count it lucky
Wonderful brushes though, arent they?

Great brushes indeed! I actually meant that in a good way. Lynn and Don are on my list of "good people" and I hate to see good people having issues.

Oh, for sure. They've never given me anything but top notch service and fantastic products... In fact, I'm off to put my #6 through the hoops with some of CarrieM's creamy magic.
