Thank You dear friends for all support in a difficult time. I'm all set up with a laptop here now so that will make things easier for me than surfing on the phone.
The SOTD will be the first thing I log on to every morning. It's really one of the high points of my day to see what You'all have been up to. My birthday has been great with visits from family and friends, A lot of great gifts to.
In the shaving department I got a beatifull scuttle made by british potter Steve Woodhead, a couple of old metal shaving stick containers, an SRD long english bridle strop and a large bottle of my favorite daily AS Pinaud Bay Rum. Also to Amund from Amund i will receive one of the four new razors Alex posted last week (the one in Hunter orange G10)
Then later on came a new gift as the Norwegian hockeyteam beat Tsjekkia 3-2 in the World Cup.
Now i will open one of the bottles of wine i received and have a glass. I'm allowed that as long as i don't drink so much that I start chasing the nurses around the corridors
    Amund.

    watermark,

Thanks ever so much for the compliments. It ain't easy, but I think I have the formula or proper proportions of soap, cream and water down now to get a nice creamy superlather.

I haven't had the time, until recently, to take photos of crafted lather along with the rest of my shaving kit. I was just too darn busy. Now that summer is here I can set a somewhat more leisurely pace in the morning.

    Stay tuned...

    Default Happy Birthday Amund

    Amund,

I would be remiss if I did not wish you a happy birthday today as well. Take care. In the hope that you will recover from your illness and celebrate many more birthdays...
