Result: Estupendo, very, very close today
Used the strop before and after today (20/40 and 30/60) and did three passes - WTG, XTG and ATG. Today both life and shave was good!

I couldnīt decide wich shot was the nicest today, so here you go:

    Bill,

Hopefully you didn't drink too much of the Jack before you shaved Jack makes me think of flyfishing on cold winter days. That's how a friend introduced me to Jack years ago.

Great shaves posted by all this week gentlemen. Thanks as always for sharing. Have a great weekend.

MrBoker, does that Proraso burn? I am looking for more of a burn in my cream and can't seem to find anything satisfactory...I loved a good burn on a A/S also and was looking for that kind of "wake me up feeling" when I cream up.

    Naw, Greg...

I don't use much alcohol anymore...

I try to take better care of myself since I've gotten older... I'm a shining example of the old saw..

If I'd known I was going to live this long I'd have taken better care of myself!

Good Saturday morning shave. Every weekend I tell myself I'm going to hone some razors but then I get shaves like this and figure out it's really not necessary just yet and that extensive stropping is working like a champ.
The older I get, the better I was

Thank you! Thatīs what got my attention aswell, I love the spine work.

I had to pay though my nose though, when custom and post office fees where done. Then the bank had the nerve to charge me a "cash fee" for paying the customs + post fees at the post office

Of course I exploded and went after the only one I could at this point - the bank! Since I owe them so much money (for the house) I forced them to take back the cash fee charge. Iīm sorry to say though, that that was the smallest part in all this

    Godrej Fresh Lime sc

My first Sheffield steel razor from holli4pirating remains one of my favorite shavers. Smooth and easy for two passes and a fine result. It always feels good to use a straight on the weekend as it it sets up the rest of the day so well.
