Default Saturday night Dual SOTD's - Father & Son

    12 year old son's 1st practice shave:

    Pre-shave: hot shower
Shave soap & cream: C&E Sandalwood
Razor: 5/8" totally muted edge Gold Dollar
    Brush: Sally's synthetic fiber
    Cologne: C&E Sandalwood

    Father:

    Pre-shave: hot shower
Shave cream: Alraz's Bomb, Bay Rum
Shave soap: SRD West Indies Bay
Razor: 5/8" spike tip DOVO Bismarck
    Brush: shavemac best badger

Middle razor in picture: unknown brand 4/8" belonging to my paternal great grandfather just given to me a few days ago. Unfortunately when I began to clean it I discovered that it has devil's pit and a hairline fracture 3/4" from the toe. I guess I'll never get to shave with it. Destined for a shadowbox w/ a picture of my great grandfather.

Way cool. Reminds me of when my son started just a few years ago.

Very cool, LinacMan. By the way, I love that Bismarck!
