Also, how do you like the BB? I'm thinking of getting a bottle of it myself, but it would be a "blind" buy as I've never smelled it...
Thanks. It is a half hollow 6/8 by Joe Chandler.

BB and Castile are my favorite scents from Penhaligon's. Robin sums up the scent well in his review of the shaving cream. Only difference I find is the EDT opens with more citrus than the SC or ASB. It is potent stuff, and one spray lasts well into the day on me.

If you want to try it out, Penhaligon's has sampler packs for sale. I found the British Art Museum in New Haven sold Penhaligon's and was able to try the different scents. I am sure there is something similar in the DC area.

Great shave. After 4 passes late yesterday I didn't have much to cut but what was there was handled in a jiffy. Just two passes (N-S, S-N)
The older I get, the better I was

if you can try and get a tornblum with that grind. I was lucky enough to get mine for 65 bucks from someone in the classifieds after he had bought it and decided he had too many. Also, the old framebacks are really great shavers too, I got one which was one of my first razors and it is still one my best shavers that I will not get rid, really nice horn handles too.... I think these types shave better than the standard grind ones (such as the MK series) and also generally go for cheaper.

Nice resto work on the brush! I have the same handle, just waiting on the knot from TGN to get here.
