I apologize for having hijacked this thread:HJ, but if you (and the moderators of this thread/forum) would indulge me for a moment and allow me the latitude, I would like to express a humble opinion:
I am truly blown away from all your kind wishes for my birthday (and everything else for that matter)...all this in the SOTD thread (and I feel guilty of mentioning it...since I feel like the conversation has at times diverged from the mission of the SOTD). You guys are truly something...I really mean that. The quality of people in SRP and the cordiality expressed is unlike anything, anywhere...As I once said and still firmly believe: If our world were made up of more people like the fine gentle men and women of SRP, we probably wouldn't be having the problems that we read and hear about in the news these days. It's more like a brotherhood (and sisterhood).
So, I won;t get too sentimental here...just wanted to get that off my chest and say that I feel very touched (it feels like a true international birthday celebration for me ) by each and every sentiment expressed and humbly appreciate being (and sharing ideas) among you - an "extraordinary league of exemplary gentlemen".
So, from the bottom of my heart: Thank you

Once again a great shave. I guess the careful stropping of a razor makes a huge difference in the comfort. The Torrey really sings much more than the 2 W&B Celebrated Razors I have. I really enjoyed tonights shave.

I see you are enjoying your Cella...ain't it great? :tu. I know the swirling technique worked for you but did you get the "pea" size idea to work for you?
BTW: I love that Diamond...beautiful blade :nj
