Just did a full restore on this Taylor's razor. Ran it through all the greaseless and rogues and gave it some white acrylic scales. Shave went well but 4/8 is a bit small for me.

Today no time for picture... Result is quite good but I got a nick under my lips. Very tiny but I felt alum block more than I wanted :cry:. I really like my Dovo, I don't understand why it has so bad name on the other forum.

Result: 2 passes today, the Dovo is pulling and definitely needs a visit to the hones. I love the Opus X scent. It will be a great day!

It's been a while since I used some of my kit today. The combination of BentonClay's soap and CarrieM's cream gave me a rich luxurious lather with a scent that can make anyone hungry and the Johnson Sheffield wedge was a silent squeegee today!
