I've gone for retro today. Hope nobody objects to a gratuitous picture of Debbie Harry ... no? Jolly good:

    Custom boxwood handled best badger
    "The Nap" 5/8 round point

    Briallen Honeyspice soap
    Tabac aftershave

Result: very clean, and a nice skin feel from this soap.

    Tom,
It is a great, special effects, movie. Not much of a story line though...typical Hollywood today
Enjoy the sun and your hat...great looking piece
+ great looking shave gear too.

I'm usually a one pass shave kind of guy, but have recently been dabbling in the ATG and XTG passes. I feel like a total newbie and extremely uncoordinated when doing these passes, but I just realized tonight this is the most comfortable razor for doing them. I dont know why, but I find it much easier. Even got a few patches I would call BBS
Excellent Grant . I love the name on that razor (maybe I like mutations). Sounds like an X-Men razor
...and congrats on experimenting with XTG/ATG shaves . One more try and I am sure the technique will be there, giving you smooth and comfortable shaves with any razor.
