Mark,
I really love your Friodur. Very nice blade...and great shot
Now, I am developing some barber's box envy. Great boxes gentlemen
Very good Michael. As I said, I like the way you think
Thank you gents
This shave can be imagined...no photo needed. I bet it was nice. Software/hardware seem excellent.
Nice shot and gear José
Thanks maestro...Not sure about leading the SOTD (That's Max' domain...I just follow and do my part). As far as the armory, that's classified information, LOL, LOL
Niiiiiiiiiiiice SOTD Teiste....You da man.
Touch Down Bluegill!!!!! What's there not to love? I wasn't there, and I love it, LOL. It is a beautiful blade.
As always, thank you for the kind words and compliments maestro. I love photography, just haven't had time to do so in the past several years (at least seriously and creatively)...life got in the way. Except for SOTD of course....but, then again, that doesn't require too much time or thinking and it's quick.
Brace yourselves folks...Frank's taken out his BIG guns; the NF, SB, and the Cade/Musgo. Yeeaaaaahhh, that's what I am talking about. Excellent Frank

January 12th
Dovo Inox 5/8" full hollow all stainless round point, Vulfix sandlewood SC and Classic Shaving sandlewood SS, Badger brush, Noxema liquid face soap (preshave wash in the shower), Dickenson's witch hazel for AST and Trueffit and Hill 1805 ASB.
Another 3 pass shave with 0 nicks and 0 cuts and NO razor burn! Another amazing BBS shave, again I am in 7th heaven. Had the day off work because the Base was closed down due to the snow. Now enjoying a nice glass of 12yr scotch and some dark chocolate. 'Bout to load up my old briar pipe with some apple pipe tobacco and enjoy a nice slow smoke. It is a night like this that makes a man really sit back and think about how great life can be. Happy shaving to all you fine gents and I hope you all have a wonderful evening.
Terry

Boker SOTD
Man! Great work of late, gentlemen! I am impressed with what you guys do with these cold and boring days!
I am getting this on late, but here is a Boker I shaved with this morning! This 1/4 hollow is truly "on the level"! A great shave! The vitamin E oil is an absolute must for cold weather, at least for myself. I slather it on before bed and rub the excess into my dry hands and forearms. There are many kinds, but this stuff is tocopheneryl acetate (vitamin E oil) . Gotta do it at nite, though, because you cannot hold a razor with it on your hands! It makes the morning shave much smoother and less irritating in cold weather! AND as we know, there is something about an Aquavelva MAN!
May everyone have a warm night and a great day tomorrow.Last edited by sharptonn; 01-13-2011 at 05:09 AM.
