    Prep:Hot Towel
    Brush:TGN 22mm Super Silvertip
    Strop:SRD PIV English Bridle
    Cream:Bodega Bomb
    Razor:Livi
    After shave: Master's Bayrum

Result: The Livi is the closest to a custom that I have right now...I did a very quick 2 pass shave this morning before heading out for an early appointment. I love the smell of lather in the morning!

Robert, my condolences to your wife and family. The loss of a parent, no matter the circumstances, is not easy.

So sorry to hear about your loss. Please let your wife know we are all thinking of her and the family. I know you will look after her.

    Default Heartfelt thank you

    Gentlemen,
I would like to thank every one of you for the warm wishes and kind words in these trying time . I can't respond to each and every post individually as we just got home, tired and exhausted (both physically and emotionally).

But, your collective and individual sentiments are deeply appreciated. My wife and I are both very touched and moved.

My wife is doing much better as we spent almost the entire night last night discussing and pontificating the purpose of life and "life after death"...of course, to no end. But the point is she felt better...meaning, I felt better. Time does (and will) heal all wounds.

    With our deepest gratitude

Best wishes and our prayers are with you!

Yes, from experience, time really does heal just about everything. Think of this time that you're going through as a stormy sea... eventually the waves will subside and calm down.
