Just when I was ready to come back I and start posting photos, on Sunday I got a 2nd degree burn on my right hand. The index finger, palm and thumb were tagged good by a 450 degree pan from the oven. All I was doing was trying to make my "Ultimeatza". I wont post a pic of the wound here for everyones' sake, but lets just say OW.

So instead of a shave, here is what I got burned for:

Ultimeat Dough - Sauce - Mozzarella - Pepperoni - Mushrooms

The photos have been awesome. I'll be shaving again soon.

The pizza is missing green. You could add green peppers or jalapeños next time :-)

    It does look tasty!

    Hope it heals fast.

    Burham 1909 razor/Arko in a Mug/New Turkish Horsehair #6/Osage rub

A simple but very effective shave. BBS, what more could one want.

New turkish #6: soaked in vinegar, cleaned in dish soap and test lathered in Arko, all today. So for a first use I can say it was more scrubby than my well broken in one, But I feel it's still pretty soft even though it's not broken in. I must have alligator skin as I don't think these feel stiff and scratchy at all when new. But I'm not a super soft fluffy brush kind of guy. This brush is still a little funky and sad to say the Arko didn't cover much of it up. As for the Burham, Man does this little s/e work wonders on me. BBS in 3 gentle passes, but I did a 4th, just because it felt sooooo gooood. Finished with Osage Rub.

i used all AOS stuff because i had gotten a free sample with the brush i bought. the oil, shaving cream, and after shave were all really great products. i never used a pre-shave oil before so i have nothing to compare it to; i really liked the feeling though and it made the shave very smooth. the shaving cream is really great stuff; it lathered up quick and didn't dry out. the after-shave balm is pretty good, a little watery and oily feeling though. overall it was a great shave. AOS products are a lot better than i expected. i might even buy a cream after trying out the products.

The Burham is very lite weight. It's just a blade on a stick. It's a good shaver for being so lite and simplistic looking. I'm glad you enjoy the brush. It's not very refined but it can get the job done well.
Peace, and have a good evening.
