I must say, I loved the Kiss My Face. Wonderful smell and lather. I don't know what it was, but today went very well. I omitted the preshave oil, used the kiss my face for the first time, and used my Lynn honed Boker (probably the main reason I'd imagine.) Perhaps some improved technique as well. Regardless, I'm pretty darn smooth and relatively nick free!

Another Boker day. Excellent Veto. And congratulations for achieving a spectacular (almost) shave.

PS: If the lather is great, there's absolutely no reason for pre -shave oil.

Got the La Toja and used it for todays shave. First off the scent, for me personally its a basic soap smell, not what I thought it was going to be, not a bad or a good thing just a basic scent, kinda reminds me of VDH soap. But the lather, WOW!!!! as with the MDC a little goes a long way and if it wasnt for the scent I would prefer the La toja, but just by a teeny tiny hair. The Musek is a beast , but a beauty ( see what I did there? ) and the shave was awesome, super close and BBS.

Congratulations on getting the La Toja. It is a fabulous soap (for me, even scent-wise). That Musek is amazing. Did you do it yourself or had it done?

Last night I broke a tooth and had to go to the dentist today. The shave was incredible. The aroma of the Cade just keeps lingering and is so nice. The razor was spectacular. I did a third just to enjoy the aroma of the Cade and the edge of the Maxtom.

Sorry about the tooth and dentist. I hope he/she at least fixed the problem with decent results. Beautiful shave with the Cade/Maxtom combination. I always like seeing anything featured with your other "Toy". Well done and heal soon.

Thanks. He always does a wonderful job keeping my teeth in place. When I was a youngin, I did not take very good care of my teeth. I still have them all due to my first dentist, my uncle, taking very good care of me. What broke was a 35 year old filling my Uncle had put in when I was a kid. My dentist is amazed at the work he did saying that "those were put in with love" otherwise they would have had to be replaced years ago. My dentist warned me 2 years ago I was going to have trouble but I resisted and kept putting it off. Well, now I had not choice.
Today he put in a temporary crown. I have to wait two weeks for the permanent one to be made.

Thanks Robert, I actually did these scales myself a few months ago, it was the first time working with LVS, so I might redo them now that I have had more practice with it.
