Another miserable cold wet day, the 22nd in a row in fact... a nice hot lather makes things a little better.

Prep: as usual a nice hot shower and a lathering while stropping
    Soap: Fitjar Lighthouse Bay Rum
    Brush: Rooney silvertip
    Razor: Wester Bros Manganese
    Post: witch hazel

Better than last time, I think the edge is reasonable and going with a lather that I like makes the shave a lot better. Still needs some work but a serviceable shave non the less.

    Great shaves today!

Colorado evening / Spike Wedge / T&H Ultimate Comfort / Skin Bracer / Black Leather

Late shave tonight, but a good one. Nothing beats the oldies. My old spike and my old Skin Bracer, and some T&H. Chase that with some Black leather and the wife is putty in my hands!

The Ultimate Comfort created really nice lather as I've come to expect from T&H. Combined with some pre-shave oil and the whiskers just fall off.

    Happy Shaves!!

    Good afternoon Gentlemen!

    Shave prep: Face wash
    Brush: Omega boar # 81052
    Soap: Crabtree & Evelyn Nomad
Razor: W. Gregory & Son, 5/8 All Right Hollow Ground
    Strop: nun2sharp's hanging leather strop
    After Shave Splash: Florida Water
Notes: I just did a touchup on this edge, after I discovered a few minute watermarks that I polished out. Great results, not counting the HHT that turned into a HTT (Hanging thumb test). You know what they say, luck aids the fool, so nothing bad. Nice relaxing and smooth shave.

I'd gladly trade now that day 23 has started with a steady rain. I think I'm not going to need to worry about preping the beard for a shave as the moisture permeating everything will likely keep it soft.

Robert - I'm quite a bit north of California; right in the middle of BC would be home.
