Only my second Str8 shave, and I must say I really enjoyed it. Sorry I forgot about the theme!
2 passes: wtg, xtg, with some touch up. I even figured out how to shave under my nose. The shave was definitely a DFS and almost a BBS. This will be my Sunday shave and will likely add Saturdays as well.Last edited by sgb1963; 10-30-2011 at 09:14 PM.

Well it would seem that word has got around, there appears to be a free for all in my bathroom.
This one made a bad choice with this Lord DE (old style head), it's not the best.
Me, I went with a straight.
prep: Remonstrated, but had to queue up and wait my turn.
Strop: TI Paddle Strop, 30,70

Razor: Wacker, 6/8, Spanish point, Inox
AS: Pinaud Clubman

Very nice shaves, everyone. Even though today was an offday after a BBS yesterday, I have to admit I was still tempted to get the gear out because of the inspiration in here.

Notes: Nice slow 3 passes BBS. The AS is an earthy floral fragrance that reminds me of the fall. Bay rum and vetiver base, gardenia and clary sage in the middle, and ylang on the top. The pair on the left in the picture is a free rendition of all the little munchkins we just had at our door trick-or-treating.
