Good morning Gentlemen,

I was rather rudely awaken in the early hours of this morning, by a commotion in my bathroom,

I Had to wait my turn, but did eventually manage a 3 pass shave.

Prep: Wait my turn
Strop: Ghouls Cloak, x 70
Brush: Tail of a Black Cat (Still attached to the cat, little tricky)
Soap: Some slime I found on the edge of the sink
Razor: Dovo master's
Finish: Holy water sprinkled generously over the entire apartment.

Looks to be pewter to me. I have a pewter mug or two around somewhere myself. Good looking mug that one too. Goes well with those pipes of yours :). Zinn in english is Tin, but pewter has a high tin content if I remember correctly.

We were not prepared. I had not even looked at the snow blower. I was so pleased when it started. The temp was about 33-34 degrees which made the snow very heavy. Now, all I need is electricity back and I'll be fine.

You are so right. We were lucky to not loose power while many towns around us did. All during the night i could hear trees breaking from the weight of the snow. As i was typing the last sentence another one broke. When the sun come up it should be interesting. I HATE winter.

After Shave Splash: Rose Vetiver home made splash
Notes: I love using this old little razor. It is a little loose in the peen, the scales are broken but mended many many years ago, and the cartouche is on the back side of the scales - but with a razor this old you have to cut it some slack :D Great suds, the splash I can't seem to let go - rose and vetiver based, with rosewood, tonka and oakmoss as co-pilots, and a grapefruit and basil top.

I went with a sure thing today, one of my Le Jaguars. A great predictable performer. This is my go to razor when pressed for time. I am under whelmed by the C.O. Bigelow shave cream. They can’t all be winners. Have a great week fellas.

A relaxing and and leisurely shave this morning. The newly acquired Tcheon Fung Sing soap performed marvelously with the Geneva to give me the kind of shave I used to think I could only achieve with a DE razor. As Mel Allen used to say, " How about that!" And today will be better than yesterday.

A few laps around the Choseras last night really brought her edge back to life. Putting the finishing touches with the Escher was the icing on the cake. She was popping hairs with a vengeance and the shave was super smooth today:y. I loved the slick lather from the soapreme too .

Result: Today was my first shave with my new 1968 'N' Adjustable Safety razor. I was slightly amazed at the smoothness and speed with which a shave is accomplished with a Safety razor. I started on 1 and ended my ATG pass on 3. Smooth and irritation free. I had 20 minutes to shower, shave and get dressed. I made it no problem, even managed a 3 pass shave. XXX straight to the face and it was WONDERFUL! Happy Halloween shaves are great!!

What a crappy year for weather, Tons of snow in the begining of the year. Tornado, Huricane and now a Killer noreaster before Halloween.. So after snow removal and taking a drive and seeing all the damage. I was able to wipe it all away with an AWESOME shave. Wasnt sure what to use. I came across the F HERDER. Ahhhhh....... Now the hard decision. Which soap. Bayrum and Calypso. 2 Passes and im BBS. So what to do with the rest of the day. Well with us being in a state of emergency, Staying home. My sisters fam came over. They are out of power.

And I wore a cologne named Drakkar Noir,
Eagerly I wished the morrow, vainly I had sought to borrow

Spoooky Sunday Shave

Nice work today, Men!:tu My daughter made this "face jug" at school. I was the only one who appreciated it! It is the last thing I see every nite as I turn out the lights! No nightmares, though! I call it "Beetlejuice"!
He supervised a fine shave with my old Hess 44 this morning and of course, I used the "Blood Orange!" ;) Have a Great Week! Tom
