    Soap: Ogalalla Bay Rum Sage and Cedar
    AS: Alum Block, Corn Husker's Lotion, Clubman Bay Rum
    Finish: Murray and Lanman's Florida Water

    I was supposed to go back to work today but decided to take an extra day off. Turns out that even stretched over two days, 15 hours is a whole bunch of driving. On the running front the good news is that I'm doing short speedwork routines, the bad news is that my "hard run" interval is about the same pace I could run all day, ten years ago. This was just a fantastic "Cowboy" shave. The sage scent from the soap invoked images of riding into town after a cattle drive and visiting the local barber for a bath and a shave. So in the spirit of the cowboys (and those of us born a hundred years too late) here's a cowboy classic
