    Hey Paul,

How is that No. 88? From the description on SRD it sounds like it smells good!

    And now the shave...

    The Shave

    Pre: Hot Shower/ Apricot Scrub
Razor: B2 Gillette Red Tip w/ Super Platinum (I really like this razor, its a good shaver.)
    Brush: Kingsley Badger
Soap: The Soap Opera "Himilayan" Face Lathered
    Post: L'Occitane ASB

Still trying to figure out my new brush, one thing I like about it is its super soft. Alot softer that my Shea Moisture Brush. It was a nice shave.

Not one that I would buy again. Scent is not one I like and the lather is marginal. tabac for me has better lather and I hate it. VERY OVERRATED!!! Get the SRD soaps before you waste $$ on this! I love all the SRD soaps. High quality for a glycerin based soap and great price. Lynn did a great job with these.

Well I'm glad I asked you then! The $155 is a TON of money to spend on a soap, albeit one in an anodized aluminum dish. I supposed the refill for $30 isn't too bad, but it should definitely perform well. Yea, I just saw the SRD soaps the other day, although I hadn't heard anything about them.

    Thanks for the recommendation,
    Chance

Even the refill soap imho, is not one I would buy again. If you are looking for a different scent, try the I Colonialli. Good lather, and an interesting smokey mango scent. I try a bunch of the soaps and get them in the refill, then grate into a different dish. TOBS, T&H, GFT are all fantastic performers, Too bad about LaToja closing up as it is an excellent soap(not the stick). Martin de candre is amazing, Razo rock, cella are great budget soaps. Castle Forbes never let me down. Tabac seems to be one of the odd soaps where people love or hate(I hate) I'm also not in the porosso(sic) camp. Every SRD soap I have has always been a good solid performer with interesting scents. YMMV
LOL that should keep you busy for awhile....
