That's funny; I had steak and fried potatoes too, except I had a nice big Porterhouse and I cut my potatoes REALLY thinly; like potato chips and fried them in olive oil in a cast iron frying pan... I also took some bread, cut off the crusts, fried it in the rest of the olive oil after frying the steak, and then spread it with mustard... :-)
