    Prep: Shower
    Pre-shave: AOS Sandalwood Pre-shave Oil
    Cream: AOS Sandalwood
    Brush: Omega Mighty Midget
    Razor: TI 6/8
    Balm: AOS Sandalwood
    Lotion: Pinaud Clubman

So for the past week I was frustrated time and time again with my razor. I went back to the hones over and over, never achieving the edge I wanted. I was almost to the point of giving up. However, I let it rest and shaved with a DE for a few days. One day I was looking at my strop and started to laugh.

The thing was in need of some TLC. I cleaned it up. I also noticed it was cupping a bit. So I rubbed it with my palm some. I eyeballed a razor on the strop and it seemed ok. The blade laid flat on the strop. I also watched some stropping videos. Why not? Back to the basics.

Well, after today's shave the basics seemed to pan out. Nice shave. Not perfect since I was aiming for a test. But the razor was doing it's job. Finally, after all the frustration I had a smile on my face while I was shaving. I need to look into investing in another strop. Poor guy. My one and only strop was my first strop purchase.

Old Photo, the TI is looking dingy now.
