The day? Snow and blow..-1ºC! Snow expected over the next seven days but one. The Shave? A really nice shave once I remembered to get a low angle on the blade. The RR did its usual job of providing a pleasant long lasting lather.

You have the most impressive eclectic collection of razors Geezer, and something i look forward to every day. Variety is the spice of life some say. SOTD right there.

A Great relaxing Saturday! Honed a few razors this morning, the Invicta was good the last time I shaved, but I thought the edge could be pushed a bit further. 4/8 Norton, 12k Nani, and stropped on leather, what a sweet sweet shave!

Sister's baby shower today so I did a three pass. Wonderful shave.

Hot Shower, C.V. Heljestrand Mk4, VDH Boar, Mitchell's Wool Fat, Aqua Velva Classic, CK Obsession, Stache Bomb

With work and school, I always seem to be late for something. As a result I find myself picking up a DE more and more often. There's nothing wrong with that and they deliver a fine shave. However, a multiple pass shave with a good sharp straight razor, like this one, is just plain tough to beat.

    SATURDAY
Thank you all for a week of nice photos, good ideas, and friendship!
    Hot shower prep
    Razor: 5/8th late model Henkel’s
    Soap: Nivea Shave Cream
    Mug: Soup Cup
    Brush: 26mm reset black badger
    Aftershock: none

The day? Bright and 0ºC. The Shave? A pleasant shave in two and a touch-up. The Euro Nivea can make for a very good shave! Granny Juice is well...Granny Juice!

Thank you to those that enjoy the varied shaving items. All I can do is find, restore, and pass them onward to future hopefully non-radioactive generations.

Wow! That's a beauty of a brush, Geezer. Did you re-knot it yourself? I've had an Ever Ready brush I've been meaning to re-knot for years. I may just make it a badger (even though we don't need no steenking badgers).
